Collaborated Photo Shoot

Here I am, writing to y'all, in my new home in Georgia. Sorry it's taken me so long to update the blog, but really I've been late on my updates before. So, what's new? Well, updates are about new things that I've done, so they are new. Any ways...

Towards the beginning of this Summer I decided to create a public Instagram account for my Pansy Perfect business. I felt like my little business had hit a wall and I wanted to see if it would help promote my business. It worked! I have met and worked with some awesomely talented people. I'm so glad I made that decision. Because of all this, I was able to participate in my first collaborated/styled photo shoot. Which I loved! It was so fun and I loved working with all these amazing ladies!

Rachel Humpherys (@rachelhumpherysphoto) was the one who contacted me, she also hosted the styled shoot. She sent me pictures of what she was thinking and told me to get creative with it! Love being told that. :)
Carli Pardoe (@sprinkle.a.smile) made the delicious looking cake and was the model along with her husband. She to showed me a picture of the flower arrangement she wanted on the cake.
Bree Campbell (@breecam_mua) was the amazing makeup artist.
Katrina Schembari (@hairbykatrinak) did Carli's hair.
All of these ladies are so talented and easy to work with. Go take a look at their work on Instagram!

Rachel said she wanted the the styled shoot to have a woodland feel. I thought about what flowers to use and what style to do for days. She wanted a bouquet, a floral crown, cake floral arrangement, and extra flowers. I finally decided to do a large wild flower bouquet and the majority of the flowers I used came from my Moni's garden. I loved it! I fell in love with her bush called Bridal Wreath. It is amazing!!!

I could go on and on about this styled shoot, but these pictures really do speak for themselves. Enjoy!

I love how these bouquet and floral crown turned out!

Some of the flowers used in the bouquet were red and white roses, purple iris, bridal wreath, ferns, mock orange, hosta, and other amazing plants.

When Rachel asked for extra flowers I picked this Bridal Wreath plant. It is so unique and beautiful! It add such dimension to the photo.

This was an incredible experience; to just use my talent and creativity for fun. Ah! I enjoyed working with these ladies and wish them luck in the future. I sincerely hope I get to participate in a collaborated photo shoot again soon.
